Delivery and returns


At Absolute Club we pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer service.

You may cancel your upcoming subscription orders via the website, phone, email or via Facebook messenger.

Please carefully read the following:

We are unable to cancel orders after 12 noon on the day scheduled for dispatch. This is because once our warehouse team has processed your order we are unable to retrieve it. As a reminder, we send out an email 3 days before each subscription renewal is due.

We are unable to accept returns for consumable food products such as collagen due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our consumable products and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control.

We are, of course, able to accept returns within 14 days for non-food items or if we have processed your order in error - or if we have failed to action your request (provided it was before 12 noon on your upcoming order date).

Cancellations on orders or subscriptions must be cancelled by 12 noon the day order is due to be raised in order to be removed from the shipment area. 


Opening Hours

Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17:00 (excluding bank holidays)

Outside of hours, please leave a message and we will call you back during opening hours.


UK orders

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail using a 24-hour service or UK Mail for larger orders. Royal Mail promise a 95% likelihood of next-day delivery but on occasion it can take up to 5 working days.

Any orders received on Friday after 3pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.


International orders

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, for some international countries there is a maximum order quantity of 8 boxes per order.
